EverTrue will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Friday, September 16th starting at 1pm which will impact the EverTrue importer, which will run for 4 hours. Any import file mid-import process at 1pm EST will be cancelled (and later restarted once the window has elapsed), and import files uploaded during the maintenance window will be queued but will not be processed until once the maintenance window has elapsed.
