Monitoring

We’ve identified the root cause and deployed a fix, and we’re actively monitoring to ensure stability. Manual uploads should no longer generate server errors, and SFTP imports are expected to process normally. Import notifications are currently being tested.

Investigating

We’re currently investigating an issue impacting some accounts where files uploaded via SFTP are not appearing in the EverTrue importer. Additionally, manually uploaded imports may return a server error, and import notifications are not being sent as expected.
