Monitoring - We identified the issue that prevented new contact records from being created via Data Sync and file imports. Updates to existing records were not affected. A fix has been deployed and verified.

If you use full-file imports, no action is needed — your next import will automatically create any records that were missed. If you use delta/partial imports, we are identifying and reprocessing affected jobs on our end. You do not need to re-upload anything.

Monitoring - A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. We apologize for the issue and are working to deliver failed exports as quickly as possible. Please perform a hard refresh in your web browser before trying manual exports again (command+shift+R on Mac, CTRL+F5 on PC).
